About
✨ Relax, receive, realign ✨ Take a moment to slow down, reconnect and intentionally begin the week ahead. Join Mallory Sceili for a relaxing sound bath meditation designed to leave you feeling grounded, aligned, energetically clear and renewed. We'll begin with simple yet effective breathwork and gentle humming to support relaxation and the nervous system, followed by a short guided meditation to bring the mind and body into the present moment. From there, simply lie back and receive as beautiful sound vibrations move through the body, creating space for deep relaxation, grounding and openness. Come as you are! Leave feeling uplifted, centered, positive and ready to embrace the week ahead ✨
