About
Welcome to Return to Center. I am Rawdee Cooper. For the past six years, sound has been a companion in my own self discovery and expansion, a potent guide on my journey back to center. Through its tones, vibrations and silence, it's guided me to my true nature. I invite you to this offering, Return to Center. Through drum, flute, bowls, breathwork and gentle guided meditation, I hold a warm, peaceful space to pause, release what feels heavy, and remember the wholeness within us and the connection to our true nature, found in the presence of now. Here, love isn't something we have to create or achieve. It's a way of being, and a place where peace can be felt. Looking forward to co-creating and connecting with all!
