About
In the heart of winter, join us for an afternoon of restoration, crystal connection and sound with Alissa Norman. Alissa will introduce you to several carefully selected crystals, sharing a little about their nature, qualities and energy. You'll then be invited to explore and intuitively choose a crystal of your own, following whatever draws your attention. Perhaps it's a color, a shape, a texture, or something you can't quite put into words. Your chosen crystal is yours to keep, a little piece of the afternoon to carry with you and continue exploring. With our crystals close, we'll settle into a restorative soundbath. The resonant tones of crystal singing bowls will fill the space, rising and falling in gentle waves. An invitation to soften, quiet the noise of the everyday, and make room for rest and renewal. Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself a little space to settle into the new year. We'd love to share the afternoon with you.
