Join me in this uplifting ceremony where I serve sananga and hapé, followed by a sound journey. I'll be playing the guitar, singing, drumming, playing sound bowls and more! My intention is to create a safe and peaceful space so that you can release and receive all that you're ready for, getting you out of the mind and back into your heart center 💚 If you'd like to take sananga, please don't wear contacts. You must be 21 or older to take hapé. Dress comfortably and bring some water. We provide mats, pillows and blankets, but feel free to bring your own. If you have any altar items (crystals and so on) you'd like to bring, please do <3 About the medicines Hapé is a preparation of powdered herbs with a tobacco base, taken through the nose. It brings a feeling of alertness and elevation while you receive wisdom through your intention. Plant medicine snuff is an ancient practice used in many cultures: Indigenous tribes of the Amazon have used it for hundreds of years in all parts of life, from formal rituals and healing ceremonies to social gatherings. Sananga is an eye drop made from the roots and bark of the Tabernaemontana undulata shrub, found in South America. Tribes use it to sharpen their vision for hunting, but sananga offers much more: it resets your energetic field and clears negative energy from the body.
